This role is responsible for reviewing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and for creating and maintaining Material Master Data, in line with global data standards and data governance processes.
As part of the MDM team, the role insures a high level of data integrity, governance and service to internal stakeholders. The Master Data Analyst understands the impact of master data on business performance and provides operational support to AGCO Supply Chain functions.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will:
- Administer PCM (Parts Change Management) workflows and notifications in SAP CMDR.
- Process master data requests in line with defined service level agreements and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Support internal control and process compliance through active engagement and understanding of data governance standards.
- Collaborate with data owners such as Engineering, Marketing, NPI and Procurement to ensure the integrity and accuracy of material master data.
- Work closely with global MDM counterparts to support data governance rules and harmonized processes.
- Provide analysis, guidance and recommendations to resolve data issues and support new MDM projects and initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, consistency and synchronization across multiple system environments.
Your Experience and Qualification:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Material Master Data within an integrated ERP environment (SAP preferred).
- Solid experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management and Data Quality.
- Good understanding of data cause‑and‑effect on downstream business processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment; Agriculture or Automotive industry experience is a plus.
- SAP Material Master Data experience; experience with PTC Windchill and EBOM to SBOM correlation is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Teams).
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate effectively in a global, matrix organization.
